Background:

Robert Null began attending the University of Iowa as an undergraduate in 2005 after being awarded both the Shoemaker-Strickler Memorial Scholarship and a Presidential Scholarship. He is pursuing a double major in applied physics and biochemistry. Currently, Robert is working on simulations to optimize the performance of external laser cavities, as well as using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy to create semiconductor depth profiles.
